Adjusting Print Routines
As the user of the Supplier Workplace, you can print documents from the Supplier Workplace only if you have made certain adjustments to the print routines. SAP has already made the necessary adjustments for some standard print routines.
The following overview shows which documents and thereby which business processes in the Supplier Workplace can be printed. The corresponding message application, message schema and, if necessary, the conditions are assigned to the related process and are supplied as shown in the overview.

In the standard SAP System, you do not have a print program for other documents such as the shipping notification or the pack label. However, you have the option of connecting your own print program to the corresponding Supplier Workplace function.

· For 03 and 04: delivery schedules that come from the APO System, cannot be printed locally from the Supplier Workplace.
· For 12 and 14: SAP does not provide any special print routines or forms for the printing of shipping notifications and pack labels with Release DI46C2. The functions in the browser only provide access to message control. To enable the printing of documents, you must develop your own print program and a form and assign them to the message types.
You find further information about this in the SAP note 386221 in the SAP Support Portal.
● For 12 and 14: if necessary, you use the comparison function in Customizing to transfer the new message types and related usages in the schema from the client 000 to your current client.
· For 12 and 14: the new conditions 80 and 88 control that the system uses these message types only if the print function has been accessed in the Supplier Workplace. The conditions therefore prevent the system from generating message records if the relevant schema was run from other functions in the system, for example, from the SD function or the inbound delivery.
Note that the printing of the above-mentioned documents and business processes is possible only if you made the correct settings for the message determination function and made the necessary adjustments in the coding for the print routines.
For further information about which adjustments you make in the coding for the individual business processes, see the SAP note 386221 in the SAP Support Portal. This note is modified regularly so that you have current information about the technical details of the print function at all times.
This note also informs you which SAP standard print routines contain the necessary coding adjustment with Release DI46C2.
