Use
You can enter global assortments and assign prepack articles or single units (variants of the generic article) to them. If you have not defined store groups, the prepacks will be assigned to all stores in this assortment. Otherwise, you must also specify the desired store group. You can review and/or change the store groups within the transaction. The changes are temporary ones and do not affect the store groups themselves, only the allocation.
You can also work directly with store groups defined by merchandise categories. In this case you assign the prepacks directly to the selected store group.
Another option is to use allocation rules. You can review the allocation rules, but you cannot remove stores from the rule. The prepacks are assigned to all stores contained in the allocation rule.
For delivery phases:
You can change the allocation as long as no follow-on documents for the generated purchase order exist (stock transport orders or goods receipts). You can define new prepacks and add them to the allocation, and you can also remove existing prepacks from the allocation.
