Procedure documentation Selecting and Deselecting Report Data  Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Procedure

  1. To select a block of report data for further processing, position the cursor on the first row of the block that you want to select.
  2. Choose Edit → Select block.
  3. Position the cursor on the last line of the block you want to select.
  4. Choose Edit → Select block.

Note

To deselect the block, choose Edit → Deselect block.

Result

The system highlights the block of report data you selected.
