Inventory Management: Generic Articles 

 

Use

When you enter a goods movement for a generic material, a screen appears for you to enter the variants. You can either enter the variants in the form of a matrix or a list.

Prerequisites

You can only use generic articles if you use SAP Retail.

Example

The generic article “ladies’ blouse” is made up of the characteristics color and size. The quantity assigned to each variant is displayed.
