In the example, goods were received at door 18 (warehouse number 001) for a purchase order. The appointment not only contains the planned data (date and time) but the actual data.
The merchandise was delivered punctually on the correct date. However, unloading took 15 minutes longer than planned, as more merchandise was delivered than had actually been ordered. This difference and its cause are used in analyses.
