Use

The allocation instruction contains information for the distribution center and includes the sites to be supplied by the distribution center, the articles in the allocation table, the delivery schedule lines and quantities.

Procedure

  1. On the Request Allocation Instruction Screen enter the distribution center in the top part of the screen for which you wish to request an allocation instruction.
  2. Limit your selection using criteria such as:
  1. Choose Program ® Execute to display the allocation instruction. The Allocation instruction screen appears.
  2. Choose List ® Print to generate a printout. Fill in the next screen and select Print.

Result

The allocation instruction will be printed on the printer you specified.
