This infotype contains data about an employee's family members and other related persons.

 

The international infotype has been enhanced with a Russia-specific screen that allows you to enter a patronymic (in the Second Name field), the ethnic origin of the family members, data related to an employee's children, relation type for reporting to the Russian Social Insurance Fund (FSS), identity document data, and the address data of an employee's family members or other related persons. Furthermore, the Russia-specific screen contains a standard group box, Status (see below).

Structure

In addition to the fields for the patronymic, ethnic origin, and relation type for FSS reporting, the Russia-specific screen contains three group boxes: Status, Identity Document, and Address Data.

In the Status group box, you can enter the following data:

  • Type of school

  • Relationship to child

  • Allowance authorization (shows if the employee is entitled to a local allowance for the child)

  • Child's address

  • Child allowance entitlement

  • Child allowance (an employer's voluntary bonus for a child)

  • Sickness certificate authorization (determines if the family member is entitled to receive sickness certificates)

In the Identity Document group box, you can enter the main attributes of the document identifying a person.

In the Address Data group box, you can enter the standard address data, such as house number, street, city, and country.
