Tasks
Pane
When you select a task in the Tasks pane of the Workflows tab, MDM automatically limits the set of records in the Records pane to just those records in the corresponding job. This makes it easy to identify and focus in on the records that require processing.
The properties of each task are summarized in the following table.

Every change to the status of every task can change the entire set of tasks in your inbound task queue.
The owner of a workflow job sees all of the tasks for a job, including a separate instance for each user to whom it is Available or by whom it has been Receivedand is not yet complete.
