Adjusting Column Width 

To adjust the width of a column, move the mouse pointer over the column separator in the column title bar until the pointer changes to a horizontal two-headed arrow (figure below), then click and hold down the mouse button while you drag the right edge of the column to the desired width.

You can also resize column width by right-clicking on the column title and choosing Width from the context menu, and then choosing Minimum or Maximum from the cascading menu.
