The system displays asynchronous messages according to the search criteria you specified. The displayed information can be of help when you are trying to resolve one of the following issues:

  • A problem with bgRFC configuration.

  • bgRFC processing has aborted, and the Web service runtime does not contain information about this error situation.

  • You want to find a message by message ID to check whether and when this message is delivered.

You can obtain additional useful information in one of the following ways:

  • Choose Search Messages if you want to repeat the search for asynchronous messages with different criteria.

  • Select an entry in the list and choose Error Log to check if there are corresponding errors recorded in the error log.

  • Use Check Consistency to see if there are inconsistent messages.

  • Select an entry in the list and choose All Sequence Messages to see all messages for the corresponding sequence.

  • Use   Display Messages   Status Codes   to see an explanation of the message status values displayed in the Processing State column.

  • Choose the links in the Sequence State, Queue State, and Message State columns for an entry in the list to obtain more details about the entry.
