Providing Layout Technologies for Form Processing

The SAP form processing framework enables you to make third-party layout technologies available for designing and processing forms in SAP systems. A layout technology for forms includes the following components:

Layout editor for designing form templates
Example: Adobe LiveCycle Designer
Form processing services for generating the forms (with business data) based on the the form templates
Example: Adobe Document Services for form templates designed using Adobe LiveCycle Designer

Procedure

Make the required layout technology for form processing in the SAP system available. You have the following options:

Provide the layout editor Adobe LiveCycle Designer and configure the Adobe Document Services.

SAP supports the layout technology of Adobe Systems Inc as standard.
