Executing a Web Dynpro Application: Clients 

The Web interface technology Web Dynpro is client-independent – that is, different clients can be implemented for the output of Web Dynpro applications.

Interaction Between Web Dynpro and Enterprise Portal

When the application is executed on the SAP NetWeaver Portal, you can use its functions. The SAP NetWeaverPortal offers a role-based and safe access to information and enables you to use the event handling, navigation functions, as well as personalization. Execution in a Browser
