Administration of the Development Infrastructure 

If you use the CM Services and CTS for transports, you can skip some parts in the following chapters.

For information about configuring CM Services, see Using Change Management Services.We recommend you use the CM Services and the enhanced CTS. However, you can continue using CMS if you did so before.
