The final step of making ITS services with flow logic executable in the integrated ITS is to activate the ABAP program and publish the Internet service for use in the integrated ITS.

Prerequisites

You have successfully performed the following steps:

  1. Create an ABAP program

  2. Create and adjust an Internet service

  3. Create an ICF service

  4. Migrate the flow logic

Procedure

Activating the ABAP Program

  1. Open the ABAP Workbench (transaction SE80).

  2. Select the program to be activated, and choose the Activate option from its context menu.

Publishing the Service

  1. In transaction SE80, switch back to your Internet service.

  2. Select the service and choose   Publish   Entire Service   from the context menu.

  3. Ensure that you publish to SITE INTERNAL.

    A message in the status line shows whether the publishing to the INTERNAL site was successful.

Result

The program is activated for use and the Internet service is published on the integrated ITS.
