To be able to communicate using RFC, you need to define the target systems as RFC destinations in the sending system and make various settings.
To maintain these destinations, call transaction SM59 (or choose

Display/Delete RFC Trace

Maintain RFC Groups

Test Server Groups (logon group check and maintenance)
