Consumption of Generic Channel Workflow Services

Services

There are 3 services for processing Workflow items:

Workflow User Decision Task – Derived from the Workflow Generic Task service. Includes all data and actions of the generic data service as well as additional data and actions relevant for user decision tasks.
Workflow Dialog Activity Task – Derived from the Workflow Generic Task service. Includes all data and actions of the generic data service as well as additional data and actions relevant for activity tasks.
Workflow GenericTask – Includes the root collection with header data relevant for all Workflow tasks, all collections relevant for all Workflow tasks, and basic actions that can be applied to all tasks (Reserve, Release, Forward, and so on).
