ERP Document
ERP Documents can display any kind of storable information, such as technical drawings, graphics, programs or text that together describe an object. It is a data storage medium containing information of a specific type. You can define a document as a group of related documents, or as part of another document, by linking subordinate documents to superior documents in a document hierarchy. A Document can be defined either as a file or a folder. ERP Document is used to manage document processing. It is a medium of information intended either for users (responsible) or to exchange data between systems.

SAP Gateway services are supported for the following SAP ERP releases: SAP ERP - ERP 4.7C or higher

This is a context based value help collection, which provides the list of the status of the document based on a particular document type. |
StorageCategoryCollection |
This value help collection provides the list of storage category that is available on the DMS while you are checking in the file into the system. |
DocumentTypeCollection |
This value help collection provides the list of document types for a document. |
ObjectTypeCollection |
This is a context based value help, which provides the list of object types, which can be linked to a given document type. |
ChangeNumberCollection |
This value help collection provides the list of the changed numbers, which can be selected for a document. |
