Generic Channel Service Workflow Collections

The Workflow tasks’ data is contained in collections. A collection is a set of attributes containing operations that can be executed on them.

Each Workflow task contains the following collections:

1. Workflow Task Collection

2. Specific task collections:

• Participants Collection (1..n)

• Extensible Elements Collection (0..n)

• Attachments Collection (0..n)

  • Attachment Data Collection (1)

• Comments Collection (0..n)

• Related Objects Collection (0..n)

• Description Collection (0..1)

• Possible Agents Collection (0..n)

• Requester Notes Collection (0..n)

  • Note Data Collection (1)

 

A Workflow task of the User Decision Task Processing service also has the following collections:

• Decision Options Collection (1..n)

 

A Workflow task of the Dialog Activity Task Processing service also has the following collections:

• Terminate Events Collection (0..n)
