  • You have activated automatic deallocation for the goods issue at movement type level in Customizing under Start of the navigation path Logistics - General Next navigation step SAP Fashion Management Next navigation step Order Allocation Run Next navigation step Cross-Applications Next navigation step Goods Issue Handling Next navigation step Activate Deallocation Per Movement Type End of the navigation path.

Process

Deallocation Rule

In order allocation run Customizing for Goods Issue Handling, you can define deallocation rules to be used during goods issue. These rules determine whether the deallocation is permitted or not when the original quantity of an order is modified. You can choose one of the following actions for the Quantity field check:

  • D Deallocation Without Warnings: Order is deallocated completely without any warnings.

  • W Warnings Before Deallocation: A warning message is displayed and the order is deallocated completely.

  • E Change Not Permitted: You cannot modify an order and deallocation is not possible.

Requirement Sort Rule

In ARun Customizing for Goods Issue Handling, you can define how the system sorts requirements during deallocation. You can use this sort rule to specify the order in which requirements are deallocated. For example, the requirement with the latest open-to-deliver date is deallocated first.

Log Rule

The log rule determines the log file rule to be used for actions taken by the system during Goods Issue Handling. You can define the log file rule in Customizing under Start of the navigation path Logistics - General Next navigation step SAP Fashion Management Next navigation step Order Allocation Run (ARun) Next navigation step Online ARun Next navigation step Log Next navigation step Maintain Log Rules End of the navigation path.

You can use the log rule to determine which of the following exceptions are included in the log.

  • All messages

  • Only error messages

  • Only warning messages

  • Errors and warnings

Assign Goods Issue Rules to Plants

You can assign a deallocation rule, requirement sorting rule, and logging rule to a plant. You can do this in Customizing under Start of the navigation path Logistics - General Next navigation step SAP Fashion Management Next navigation step Order Allocation Run Next navigation step Cross-Applications Next navigation step Goods Issue Handling -> Assign Goods Issue Rules to Plants End of the navigation path

Activate Deallocation Per Movement Type

You can activate the deallocation function for each individual movement type. In this case, the system automatically deallocates stock during goods issue when you assign the goods issue deallocation rules to a plant.
