Configuring SAP Web Dispatcher to Trust the Client
If you use X.509 user certificates for authentication, you must import the Afaria CA signing certificate into the truststore so that Web Dispatcher will trust the user certificate presented by the client.
Note
Currently only SAP Afaria is supported for provisioning X.509 user certificates to client devices.

Procedure
Start the Web Administration interface for SAP Web Dispatcher.
Under
SSL and Trust Configuration
, choosePSE Management
.From the
Manage PSE
drop-down list, choose the server PSE (SAPSSLS.pse
).Under
Trusted Certificates
, chooseImport Certificate
.Using a text editor, open the Afaria CA signing certificate used to sign the X.509 user certificates. Copy and paste the contents of the certificate into the box and import the certificate.
