Business Context and Use

The Confirm Check Out Transportation Unit Appointment  (asynchronous) outbound operation sends confirmation of the check-out of a transportation unit appointment.

Example

Once the transportation unit is loaded, sealed, and permitted to leave the warehouse, it arrives at the checkpoint where the gate keeper finds the related transportation unit appointment. If everything is fine with the transportation unit , the gate keeper allows the transportation unit to check out of the yard. The back-end system confirms the check-out of the transportation unit assignment with the Confirm Check Out Transportation Unit Appointment  operation.
