
To approve or reject a request for an ATC exemption, a quality manager needs two things:
The relevant authorization
An entry in the list of ATC approvers.
This section explains how to maintain the list of approvers.
To add a user to the list of approvers or to remove a user from the list, do the following:
Start transaction ATC on the ATC master system (the system at which developers request exemptions and approvers review them).
Choose ATC Administration > Exemptions > Maintain Approvers.
Add users to make them approvers, or delete users to take away the privilege of approving or denying ATC exemptions. See the F1 documentation on the screen for more information.
Result: You have updated the list of users who may approve or deny requests for ATC exemptions.
