Copying ATC Results to SpreadsheetsLocate this document in the navigation structure

You can copy the contents of both ATC results and the ATC Statistics View into a spread sheet on your front-end PC.

  • ATC Results Lists: Use the standard Export and Views > Excel in Place functions of ABAP ALV tables to move ATC results into a spreadsheet.

  • ATC Statistics View: To copy findings statistics to a spreadsheet, do the following:

    1. Choose Print View > Print preview of view or > Print preview of entire hierarchy to display the statistics in list format.

    2. In the list view, choose System > List > Save > Local File and the file type that you wish to use for your quality reports.

      For example, the Spreadsheet option saves the Statistics View as a .txt text file with appropriate column delimiters. Open the file with Excel or a similar spreadsheet program to import it into Excel.
