If your warehouse is integrated with SAP Dock Appointment Scheduling, you can use the capacity overview in the Shipping Cockpit – Planning to support you in selecting optimal planned arrival and departure times for a transportation unit (TU).

If your warehouse is not integrated with SAP Dock Appointment Scheduling, the capacity overview does not show any data. If you do not have any warehouses integrated with SAP Dock Appointment Scheduling at all, you can set up personalization without the overview.

You can use all planned arrival times that are displayed in the capacity overview as a planned arrival time for your TU, as long as they have the status Start Time Valid. If you want to distribute capacities equally across the working times, you can choose a row in the capacity overview or check the planned duration to see how many time slots will be influenced if you use the planned arrival time of the chosen row. Once you have decided in which time slot your TU should arrive, you can enter the planned arrival and planned departure times in the Change TU dialog box.

The Capacity Usage column of the capacity overview shows the current capacity of the loading point. If the capacity of a time slot for the loading point is used up, this is shown in the Slot Overbooked column.
