Setting Up Automatic Notification When Exemptions ArriveLocate this document in the navigation structure

You can notify exemption approvers automatically if there are exemption requests that need their attention.

Here is how to set up automatic notification:

  1. On your ATC master system (where developers apply for exemptions and approvers decide upon them), start transaction ATC.

  2. Choose ATC Administration > Setup > Schedule E-Mail Jobs.

  3. Mark the appropriate radio button to schedule a job to send notification e-mails or to cancel such a job.

  4. Press Enter to put your change into effect.

Result: You have scheduled or canceled a background job that notifies approvers if there are pending exemption requests. See the online help for more information on the job and notifications.
