
You can notify exemption approvers automatically if there are exemption requests that need their attention.
Here is how to set up automatic notification:
On your ATC master system (where developers apply for exemptions and approvers decide upon them), start transaction ATC.
Choose ATC Administration > Setup > Schedule E-Mail Jobs.
Mark the appropriate radio button to schedule a job to send notification e-mails or to cancel such a job.
Press Enter to put your change into effect.
Result: You have scheduled or canceled a background job that notifies approvers if there are pending exemption requests. See the online help for more information on the job and notifications.
