Result Views
In the Deliveries
screen area you see the outbound delivery orders that are not yet planned. Only outbound delivery orders that have at least one unplanned item are selected. The result data is displayed in a tree according to the user hierarchy settings.
In the Transportation Units
screen area you see the outbound delivery orders that have already been planned onto transportation units (TUs). You also see empty TUs if there are no outbound delivery orders assigned. TUs that have no header assignment but rather item or handling unit assignments are also displayed; however in this case some actions are not possible.
If a TU is assigned to a vehicle, this is displayed in the Vehicle
field.
In both screen areas, the data is aggregated from lower to higher hierarchy levels. Different types of data are aggregated differently. In some columns a “stars logic” is used; for example, if there is a TU that has two outbound delivery orders assigned to it and the outbound delivery orders have different routes, then the route for the TU is displayed as ***
. For the aggregation of quantities, such as weight and volume, the quantities are summed up over all levels. Specific aggregation logic is used for date aggregation. For example, to aggregate the goods issue dates of different outbound delivery orders, the earliest goods issue date is used.
You can personalize both screen areas according to your needs. For example, you can add or remove columns, and change column width and column order. You can save the view and use it as your default view.
