Delivery Item Unit of Measure 
You use this feature to ensure that the inbound process reflects the stock-specific units of measure (SUoMs).
Prerequisites
You have selected the checkbox Apply ERP UoM as SUoM in Customizing for the inbound delivery item type. You do this in Customizing for Extended Warehouse Management under

Features
Inbound Delivery Creation in EWM
When creating inbound deliveries in EWM, the preferred UoM (as entered in the product master) can be set as the default automatically or you can manually enter an SUoM in the item delivery UoM field.
Inbound Delivery Replication from ERP
The inbound delivery is created in the ERP system and sent to EWM. During the transition from the inbound delivery notification to the inbound delivery, the delivery item quantity is converted to the preferred UoM if a preferred UoM is specified in the product master. You can manually overwrite the UoM in the delivery item. If the goods are delivered in several UoMs, you must add new items manually if you want the inbound delivery to reflect the received UoMs.
