Locate the flow ruleset and in the context of the flow ruleset, choose New Rule Script.

In the dialog box that appears, enter the name of the rule script and choose OK.

Expand the Rule Scripts folder to view the Rule Script node.

Double-click the rule script node to open the rule script editor.
