If you do not use active Labor Management in Extended Warehouse Management, and are using Extended Warehouse Management together with SAP NetWeaver Identity Management, you can use the role SAP_BC_SEC_IDM_COMMUNICATION Communication User for NetWeaver Identity Management, to enable communication between these systems using a background user.

If you have activated Labor Management in Extended Warehouse Management and are using Extended Warehouse Management together with SAP NetWeaver Identity Management, you also use the role /SCWM/IDM_EWM_INTEGRATION EWM: Identity Management Integration to enable communication between these systems using a background user.
