You use this procedure to configure the integration flow and the SCPMappingBean adapter module.

Prerequisites

You must ensure that you have a PI-CP system.

Procedure

  1. Configuring the integration flows:

    1. Choose  Window   Open Perspective   Other  .

    2. Choose Process Integration Designer.

    3. Choose OK.

    4. Expand Integration Flows.

    5. Choose the integration flow configured to send messages from AEX to BPM.

  2. Configuring the adapter module:

    1. In the <integration flow name>, choose Receiver Channel.

    2. In the Channel view, choose Modules.

    3. In the Processing Sequence section, choose Add.

    4. In the Module Name column, select SCPMappingBean.

    5. Choose OK.

    6. Choose Move Up to execute the module first.

    7. In the Module Configuration section, enter the details as given below:

      • mappingid: Object ID of the operation mapping in the ESR.

      • persistuntil: Time period in days for which the message is at least stored in the message store. Details will be explained later.

      • xpath: xpath expression to the field of the lean interface in which the message ID will be placed by the bean.

  3. Save, activate and deploy the integration flow.
