In this PPF action worklist, you can activate inactive Post Processing Framework (PPF) actions that have been found. This applies to actions that require user interaction to schedule them.

Prerequisites

The Post Processing Framework (PPF) must be connected. A setting must be made in PPF Customizing specifying that actions of this type can be displayed in the toolbox worklist. A setting must be made in PPF configuration specifying which specific instances of the action are to be displayed in the toolbox worklist. The object type of the application document must support generic object services.

Procedure

  1. In the Toolbox of the object services, choose .

  2. From the list of inactive actions displayed, choose the action you wish to activate and hence schedule for processing.

Result

The action chosen is now active and will be scheduled as configured.
