You do not have to enter a Source Language. The default setting is ****, all source languages. You must enter a target language. You can use the input help for the Target Language field to select one.
On the Options tab page, under Selection, you can define the following :
Collections |
The default value in the Collections field is the total number of collections assigned to you in the system for the specified target language. Choose the Collections pushbutton to select the collections for which you want to display statistics. The system displays the Collections dialog box.
Translators, we recommend that you use the default value so that you display your statistics according to all collections assigned to you. This ensures that you display your complete workload in this translation system. End of the note. |
Object Types |
Choose the Object Types pushbutton to select the object types for which you want to display statistics.
By default, the Object Types field displays the number of object types defined for translation for the specified target language. If you then switch the target language to another language, such as Japanese (jaJA), the Object Types box continues to display the number of object types defined for the previous target language, that is, the value does not change. You should then select the Object Types pushbutton to refresh the number of object types that are displayed and then select all of the object types that are displayed in the Object Types dialog box. You should repeat this process every time you change the target language to ensure that you are always displaying accurate statistics. End of the caution. |
Domains |
Choose the Domains pushbutton to select the domains for which you want to display statistics. The default value is ALL (statistics for all terminology domains in the system). |
Worklists |
Choose the Worklists pushbutton to select the worklist number for which you want to display the statistics. The default value is ALL (statistics for all worklist numbers in the system). |
Under Display, you define the format in which the statistics are displayed:

You want to see the collection name first, then the object type and then the domain. You choose the Tree Type pushbutton and double click on Collection Object Type Domain in the Choose Display dialog box. End of the recommendation. |
Units |
Choose the Units pushbutton to select the translation units in which you want to display the statistics. The default value is ALL.
Short text objects are counted in text lines (Lines), long text objects are counted in database text lines (Objects), there are currently no object types integrated in the translation environment which are counted in Segments or Words. End of the note. |
