Distributing Proposals 
While translating in the short text editor, you can use the Distribute Proposals function to distribute best proposals into empty translation lines in the object you are currently translating. The quality status of the best proposals is taken into account before proposals are distributed.
Procedure
Call up a short text object for translation.
Choose
(Distribute Proposals). The Distribution From Level dialog box appears.Double-click the quality status as of which proposals should be distributed. The system automatically distributes proposals with a higher quality status too.
NoteYour translator profile determines the quality status as of which you can distribute proposals. For more information, see Translator Profiles.
End of the note.Check the translations that have been copied into the translation lines before you save them.
Result
The system inserts best proposals into translation lines if their quality status is the same as or higher than the quality status you selected. The status bar tells you how many proposals were distributed.
