Sending the List as a DocumentTo send the list as a mail, choose .
In the initial screen Create Document and Send
, the document name, description, and send date are preset.
They can be overwritten.
Enter the name of a recipient, and specify the name with the Recipient Type
indicator.
Depending on the recipient type, under Recipient
, enter the name and distribution list, or address or organizational unit.
To send the mail, choose Send
.
