Use

The following evaluations, which you can also call up in the area menu of Reporting and in the detailed scheduling planning board, are available for resources, orders, and products in Production Planning:

 

Evaluation

Description

Resource load

Displays the resource load per period or per block for selected single or multi-resources

Work-in-Process stocks

Displays the Work-in-Process stocks for operations on selected resources, that is, the quantity of unprocessed material awaiting further processing in these operations

Operation list

Displays a list of operations for selected resources that are processed on these resources

Order list

Displays a list of orders for selected resources that are processed on these resources

Production overview

Displays a production overview for selected products

In the production overview, the quantities and status of products are listed; for example, which quantity of a product has been released or confirmed.

Capacity reservation

Displays an aggregated view of capacity reservation data. You can view:

      Reserved capacity per descriptive characteristic value

      Free available reservation

      Utilization of the reservation

      Utilization (%) of the reserved capacity

 

Note

You can call up a list with production-relevant data for activities on selected resources and lines in the area menu of Reporting under Production list.

Features

      An evaluation refers to a certain evaluation period and a certain planning version or simulation version:

       When you call up the evaluation function in the detailed scheduling planning board, the system creates the evaluation for the current display period and simulation version in the detailed scheduling planning board.

       You must specify a planning version and an evaluation period if you call up an evaluation in the Reporting area menu.

      Using the customer exit APOCSPS5, you can enhance the evaluations with user-defined columns and enter values in these columns. The system automatically enters values when you call up the evaluation. For more information, see the system documentation for the customer exit.
