Key Figures for Displaying Stock Transfer
Reservations in SNP
Key figures used to display the receipt quantity and the requirement quantity of a stock transfer reservation in Supply Network Planning (SNP):
· The key figure distribution receipt (MRP area) represents the receipt.
· The key figure distribution demand (MRP area) represents the requirement.

SNP stores the receipt and the requirement of a stock transfer reservation – as in a normal SNP stock transfer – in the key figures distribution receipt (planned) or distribution demand (planned).
· In order that SNP can create a stock transfer reservation for a stock transfer from or to a storage location MRP area, the planning area and the planning book must contain the key figures distribution demand (MRP area) and distribution receipt (MRP area). The standard planning areas and standard planning books contain the key figures. You have to include the key figures in your own planning areas and planning books.
· The standard data view SNP94(1) does not contain the key figures distribution demand (MRP area) and distribution receipt (MRP area). If you want to display these key figures, you have to include them in the data view.
