Specifies in product interchangeability whether the two products or FFF classes are fully interchangeable (forward and backward) or only forward interchangeable.

Example

Product A is superceded by product B. If the discontinuation step has the relationship type "Fully interchangeable", you can also replace product B with product A. Otherwise you can only replace A with B.
