Features

Generating Reports Using the Reporting Framework

This business function enables you to use the Reporting Framework tool to generate reports required in public sector on a regular basis in PDF, XML, or ALV file format in accordance with your legal and business needs. We deliver all the necessary settings for preparing the following public sector reports:

  • Closing Reports

  • Closing Reports: Annexes 5 and 6

  • Auxiliary Analytical Report (Levels I-III) (PAP report)

  • Auxiliary Analytical Report (Level IV) (PAP report)

  • Cost and Revenue Budget Overview (ROZP 1-01 SPO report)

  • Employment Report (ZAM 1-04 U)

  • Financial Report for Municipalities (FIN 2-12 M report - evaluation report about the budget fulfillment of municipalities, voluntary groups of municipalities, and regional councils)

  • Budget of State Funds Report (FIN 1-12 SF report)

  • Reserve Fund Report for Organizational Unit of State (REF 1-04 OSS report)

If you are required to prepare a report other than the ones listed above, you must set up the system manually to be able to generate the required report using the reporting framework tool.
