Standard Functions in the Production Planning Run

Use

In addition to the heuristics and optimization, the following standard functions, which you can use to define the resource schedule and the object selection, are also available for the production planning run. The Objects column displays the objects for which you can use the function.

Deallocate	§ Operations § Orders § Resources		You use this function to remove orders from the resource schedule.
Reschedule	§ Operations § Orders § Resources	Strategy profile	You can use this function to: § Schedule operations or orders that were deallocated § Reschedule operations or orders that are affected by scheduling problems
Fix objects	§ Orders § Operations		You can use this function to fix the resource assignment and the dates/times of orders and operations. This ensures that the system cannot reschedule these operations or orders on other resources or dates/times in a subsequent processing step.
Undo fix on objects	§ Orders § Operations		You can use this function to undo the fixing of the resource assignment and the dates/times of orders and operations. The system can then reschedule these objects in a subsequent processing step.
Transfer objects to the customer exit APOCDPS1	§ Operations § Orders § Resources § Products		In customer exit APOCDPS1, you can select the objects that you want the system to process (for example, schedule) in a production planning run processing step.
