Features
Bonus Payments
In Spain, the bonus payment (“pago adicional”) is a one time payment, which was not planned, and whose amount was unknown at the beginning of the year. The payment is made once in compensation for a special event and has no established periodicity.
Special Payments
In Spain, each year several special payments (“pagas extras”) are made to the employees according to the employer's rules. These payments are made one or more times per year. The amount and the dates are known and defined in each employee's contract. You can either process special payments during a regular payroll run, or use this function to make the payments in between regular payroll runs.
The tax calculation is processed during the off-cycle payroll runs.
