You can use this business function to manage employees’ child care leave and nursing leave information and process leave-related forms. The business function allows you to do the following:

  • Record and manage leave information

  • Create, print, and update the status of forms related to child care leave and nursing leave

Features

When an employee applies for child care leave or nursing leave, you can enter the leave information, benefit basics, child or dependent data, and special working schedules in the system. Based on the entered data, the system generates the data for the following forms related to child care leave or nursing leave:

  • Child care leave notification form

  • Child care leave termination notification form

  • Child care leave benefits form

  • Special treatment form

  • Nursing leave benefits form

You can then create and print the forms and update the status of the forms in the system. For example, the form has been created, or the form has been submitted to the relevant authorities.
