You can use this business function to deploy a web-based user interface (UI) for academic advisors. As a result, advisors can access all the required functions and services at a single entry point. Using the Advisor UI, they can:

  • View all their students at one glance and access the Student Fact Sheet, which displays the most important data about an individual student and his or her academic records

  • Work with the most up-to-date student information in real time

  • Work with a user interface designed specifically for their role in the higher education institution, that can easily be customized to meet their needs

Prerequisites

You must install SAP ERP 6.0 Enhancement Package 3. Activate the business function set CAMPUS_MANAGEMENT as well as the business functions ISHERCM_MAIN, ISHERCM_SETTINGS, ISHERCM_MAIN_IAP and PSCD.
