Use

You can use this function to transfer all planned orders and purchase requisitions, whose opening dates are in the past, to the SAP R/3 system or to automatically convert them into production orders or purchase orders immediately.

Procedure

...

       1.      In the area menu for Production Planning, select Manufacturing Execution Conversion of orders/purchase requisitions.

       2.      Use the selection criteria to specify the selection of orders to be processed.

¡        If you only want to transfer orders, choose Transferable orders.

¡        If you want to transfer and convert orders, choose Convertible orders.

       3.      Choose an execution option and select This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

If you want to display the selected orders

In the receipts screen, select

§         the orders that you wish to be converted and choose Set Conversion Indicator.

§         the orders that you wish to be transferred and choose Transfer orders.

The system transfers the selected orders into the SAP R/3 system, where they are immediately converted, if necessary.

If you want to transfer, or transfer and convert, specific individual orders

If you want to transfer the transferable orders immediately

The system transfers the orders to the SAP R/3 system.

If you want to transfer and convert the convertible orders immediately

The system sets the conversion indicator for the planned orders or purchase requisitions (if this is allowed by the conversion check) and transfers the orders, for which the conversion indicator is set, into the SAP R/3 system where they are automatically immediately converted.
