Conversion Horizon for Mass Conversion 

Definition

Period containing the Supply Network Planning (SNP) and Capable-to-Match (CTM) orders that the system can convert into PP/DS orders during a mass conversion.

Use

The PP/DS horizon is the conversion horizon as standard. The system converts all SNP or CTM orders whose start date/time is in the PP/DS horizon. If you want to extend the conversion horizon by a specific number of calendar days, you enter an offset in the settings for the conversion.

The end of the conversion horizon can lie in the middle of an SNP or CTM planning period. However, the system only converts the orders that are in the conversion horizon. If you want the system to convert all orders in this period, you specify the time buckets profile used by SNP or CTM for planning. The system then automatically extends the conversion horizon to the end of the period and converts all orders in this period.
