Calling the ATP Check 

Use

To perform the ATP check, you have the following options:

·        You can call the ATP check for individual orders in interactive production planning

·        If you set the conversion indicator for the mass transfer of manufacturing orders to SAP R/3 or for a planned order in interactive planning, the system can automatically execute an ATP check as a conversion check. 

·        To perform a mass transfer of planned orders in repetitive manufacturing (REM), you use the ATP check for REM planned orders that is available in the Production Planning menu under Manufacturing Execution. You use this function if you are planning with product interchangeability in repetitive manufacturing.

You only perform one ATP check with this function. Additional processing options, like those offered by the collective availability check for planned orders in SAP R/3, are not available.
