Scrapping Using a Direct Outbound Delivery Order 

Purpose

When scrapping products, you first transport them from a storage bin to the scrapping zone, and then transfer post the products to a scrapping stock type. You then post goods issue for the products that are to be scrapped. For this goods issue posting you use a direct outbound delivery order. Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) generates the direct outbound delivery order corresponding to the handling unit that you are using for the products being scrapped. You do not need to perform picking for this process.
