You can use archiving to remove data records for documents from the database that are no longer required in Labor Management (LM).
Labor Management uses the central data archiving functions. For more information, see Introduction to Data Archiving (CA-ARC).
Each document category is assigned to an archiving object that contains exact information about which data the system is to archive and how.
The following table shows the document categories and the relevant archiving objects for Labor Management:

The archiving objects provide a series of actions that you can use in the archive administration (transaction SARA) for the data records in LM.
