Definition

The planned workload document contains data relevant for Labor Management, including information about:

●      Activity area

●      Activity (external process step)

●      Quantity (optional)

●      Planned duration calculated using engineered labor standards

●      Planned end date

●      Travel distance, if defined

●      Capacity data, such as weight or volume

After executing the planned work, the system forwards the relevant information to the executed workload document, and then deletes the planned workload document.
