REST Requests for SAP Event Stream Processor Resource Navigation

These REST requests are used for SAP Event Stream Processor resource navigation. They are GET requests and will return JSON-formatted messages as a response over HTTP/HTTPs transport.

These REST requests use cluster settings from the <DefaultCluster> section of wsp.xml. The ESP Server's login credential is base64-encoded and provided in the HEADER as the element "authorization". See also SAP Event Stream Processor WebSocket Provider.
