When you print billing documents, you can also include NF metal data in the printouts.

Prerequisites

You have either assigned the form together with the program RVADIN01 to an existing output type in Customizing of Sales and Distribution at  Basic Functions Output Control Output Determination Output Determination using the Condition Technique Maintain Output Determination for Sales Documents Maintain Output Types in the Processing routines view, or you have created a new output type with the corresponding assignment.

Features

If the print indicator is set in the pricing procedure, the system outputs the NF metal price conditions when billing documents are printed.

The form /NFM/RVINVOICE01 is available for output of billing documents; this is an extension of form RVINVOICE01. The NF additional data for the item is output in the new element /NFM/NE_PRINT in the MAIN window. All fields of tables /NFM/TORDERPOS and /NFM/TNESTX (NF key text) are available. The NF key and associated text of the NF metals contained are output; you can also add other fields.
